“A few months ago I got a call from Pakistan telling me that my son had been involved in a car accident in Islamabad. It was a Sunday and all of the travel agents were closed. I contacted City Travel on their emergency number, they told me that seats were available that evening on PIA. I paid for the ticket by transferring the amount online and they were able to email me the ticket. I was able to print the ticket and travel to Pakistan and visit my son in hospital.The way that City Travel helped me out and looked after me was incredible”

“In the summer of 2007 I had booked a flight to go and attend a family wedding in Lahore.When I arrived at the airport I was told that the flight had been cancelled due to technical reasons. I was truly shocked and did not know what to do because the wedding was due to take place in the next couple of days. I went to City Travel and they advised me that as the flight had been cancelled by the airline I would be entitled to a full refund. They applied for the refund on my behalf and also found an alternative flight for me and my family the next day. If it wasn’t for City Travel I don’t think I would have been able to attend the wedding. I cannot praise them highly enough, they were different class”.
